public class DelayNotificationAction extends PDSAction
ECMWF Product Data Store (OpenECPDS) Project The Delay Notification page: lets the operators send one consistent notice for all the products and cycles affected by a delay, then inform of the (partial) resolution, update, cancel or delete it. Messages can be opened in Outlook or queued through the Master mail service; this action works out the recipients and keeps the register of the notices in the database. Outlook messages await operator confirmation, while messages queued directly are acknowledged automatically. The recipients are always recomputed here, never taken from the browser.
